Focus School Improvement Plan
The Pennsylvania Department of Education applied for and was approved for flexibility waivers of some requirements of NCLB Title I regulations. These waivers have eliminated AYP, School Improvement, and Corrective Action and allows schools more flexibility with the interventions they use.
The new NCLB designations are based on the School Performance Profile and are now categorized as Priority, Focus, Reward- High Progress and Reward- High Achievement. The Easton Area High School is a school wide program under Title I and has been designated as a Focus School by PDE using this criteria.
