What To Bring

WHAT TO BRING TO THE EXAM ROOM (College Board List)

For All Exams:

  • A government-issued or school-issued photo ID.

For Digital AP Exams:

  • Fully charged testing device and charging cord. 

  • College Board account login information.

  • Pencils or pens for taking notes on school-provided scratch paper. 

  • For AP Environmental Science Exams: up to 2 calculators with the necessary capabilities.   

For Hybrid Digital AP Exams: All the items listed under digital AP Exams apply, plus: 

  • Fully charged testing device and charging cord. 

  • College Board account login information.

  • 2 No. 2 pencils (with erasers) or 2 pens with black or dark blue ink. 

  • Up to 2 calculators with the necessary capabilities. Approved calculators and Calculator Policy 

  • For an AP Physics Exam: a ruler or straightedge. 

For Paper AP Exams: 

  • 2 No. 2 pencils (with erasers). 

  • 2 pens with black or dark blue ink. 

WHAT NOT TO BRING TO THE EXAM ROOM:

  • iPads are the only devices used for exams. Phones, smart watches, or any other communication device will be collected.

  • Cameras or other photographic equipment

  • Watches that beep or have an alarm (or smart watches)

  • All food and drink must be kept in backpacks/bags.

  • No hats or head coverings except for religious or medical reasons

  • Apple pens or pencils, a stylus, or mechanical pencils
